▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the side-pressure tension sensor is based on the gravitational equivalence principle and the resistance strain effect. Specifically, the side-pressure tension sensor applies a small force (side pressure) in the direction of the measured tension, then aligns the measured tension direction perpendicular to the side pressure direction to form a plane angle. Using the gravitational equivalence principle, the two are equated to a directly measurable tension. The side pressure causes strain deformation in the strain gauge inside the sensor, and the change in the resistance value of the strain gauge is measured through a bridge circuit, thereby obtaining the measured tension data.
